Near to the Colosseum that’s for sure, but that’s about it. Just to be clear, it is not a hotel, it's a guesthouse and it’s like 3-4 bedrooms on a floor of a housing commission building. The lift to the 4th floor is so small and slow, my wife felt safer walking up and down the stairs. The staff were miserable and unhappy all the time, The roof top balcony is not how they present it in advertising and the local area is very ordinary with rubbish and rats running around. The room itself was okay (Deluxe Double Room), but when it says Colosseum view, it should say glimpses. If you stand on your toes and lean out the window and look right, you will get a glimpse. We booked through an online agent which as a bonus came with a “free bottle of sparkling wine”. Well it did, but a mini bottle. So not falseness in advertising, but just pretty stingy! An upgrade was supposed to be included, but I don’t see how as all the rooms seem to be the same. Breakfast was supposed to be included and it was, sort of. You had to go to the café on the ground floor around the corner amongst the masses waiting for Colosseum tours. Then the breakfast (included in our package)was what they gave you, with no choices, and it which was pretty ordinary bacon and bread. The "terrace" they promote is just the roof top, and nothing like images on their website and is only accessible when the desk staff are there. Avoid if you can.

Highly recommend this Hotel. Views are great. Service is wonderful and it is located across the street from the colosseum. When making a reservation book directly through them. They saved me about $50 on a 2 night stay.

A beautiful couple holiday apartment. The staff here are what I rate the most. Seem to want to help in anyway, advice, comfort or travel help. Perfect spot for the keen tourist! Every location is just a short walk with perfect roof top views of the Colosseum which is next door. The staff, Christopher and Rossanna was not only very welcoming but the perfect advocate of this beautiful city. Not the the Ritz but all you need, clean tidy, modern, friendly with wifi and Netflix. Highly recommend for a couple of days on Roma
